PAULINE MARTINET
Pauline has so many strings to her bow that it’s no longer a bow, but an harp.
-S. Bovay
17+ years in creative thinking and design — and still not playing it safe.
Trained at ECAL (Lausanne), Pauline has built a career around breaking conventions and making things that actually matter.
She co-founded Chic Cham SA, launching an interior design brand and Romandie's first concept store — part shop, part cultural hub. Along the way, she organized over 80 parties and cultural events, building a community that kept coming back for more.
She wrote and designed Sgrafits, an art book diving into the rich tradition of Engadine sgraffito — a project born from genuine curiosity and a love for craftsmanship.
At Gebana AG, she led creative, overhauling brand identity across media and rethinking retail from screen to shelf. She also created Places We Love, a city guide championing independent shops and the people behind them.
Off the clock, she's somewhere between a Baroque concert and a trattoria in Italy — deeply into Renaissance painting, cultural heritage, and good food. She cares about the planet and the people on it, committed to antiracism, decolonialisation, and queer rights – that shows up in everything she does.
